If it doesn't show in your account's order history, and you're sure someone you know isn't using you card for these payments, then you will need to contact your bank to report your card as compromised and to refund the charges. No. the NNT charge does not show on my monthly bill only in my monthly bank statements. Its not much, but I don't know what it is.

If it doesn't, the purchase may have come from a different Microsoft account. For example did you give your payment details to a friend or family member to use?

If your certain someone you know didn't make this transaction, you may a victim of fraud. In this case, contact your bank to report the charge, tell them your card has been compromised. Microsoft can only assist further if the charge comes from your account.
