Nitrado and Microsoft Refund

So back in February I paid for 2 Nitrado servers to run for 20 slots for 90 days, it cost me a little over $120 dollars, Then all the crazy hit and I asked Nitrado for a refund 20 days later. Since I bought a service from them and
not game. They told me to contact Microsoft. So I put in a billing request to get a refund under SRX1496957031ID - Refund Request. Since it was out of the 14 days xbox live told me I will not get a refund. I have been attempting to explain to them for a bit
now that I paid for a service and then returned it. During this time it seems like they are not listening to people and refusing to give peoples money back. I have tried to talk to Nitrado and they say call Microsoft. I cannot get anyone for billing to call
me at all. I cannot find a number to call someone either. I really don't want to eat 80 bucks during a time like this. But it seems they dont care.

After 14 days it's very rare for you to be able to get a refund for anything especially a service you used for over 20 days.

When you purchased a service that was supposed to last 90 days and you only used 20 of it, that is a refund.

So it's seems that you're connecting your Microsoft account to pay inside Nitrado

In this case you may need to find the renewal option inside Nitrado page, or contact Nitrado support to double check if renewal is activated for this subscription

If it's not showing on your services via https://account.microsoft.com/services, you may need to submit a ticket to Nitrado so they can cancel it for you.

First, that can be useful to avoid you being keep billing monthly by Microsoft.

In a second time, refunds are then made by Microsoft and not Nitrado, you have to contact them.
