Nintendo Switch Microsoft Account Login Fails

Hi all,

So I'm here at Microsoft Forums because Mojang support said I needed to contact Xbox support but I can't for the life of me get to a person.

Anyway, my issue is that my daughter is playing Minecraft on a Nintendo Switch. The game launches fine, her Nintendo Account logs in fine, but her Microsoft account keeps logging her out constantly throughout the day. To log her back in, I have to run
through the https://aka.ms/remoteconnect activation. I think I've done this 8 times today. Sometimes that works, sometimes it logs in for a few seconds then states "Login failed to login. We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something
went wrong." I've tried resetting her login credentials from within the game. Closing the software and reopening. Rebooting the device. Nothing consistently helps but if I had to guess I'd say rebooting works most often.

I have two Nintendo Switches (One regular, one Lite) which my kids were all sharing and this happened on the other Switch for about 30 days too but with my other daughter's account. Then it mysteriously stopped happening on that device.

So I'm here on the forums asking if the community has any idea why I am having this issue and/or what I can do to fix it. I'll do anything short of setting the thing on fire. It's been going on for a few weeks.
