Nightmare of logging into Office 365 with a personal account

Ok how about this: Let the Office 365 account on MS1 expire. Then subscribe to Office 365 Family using MS2 as primary, and simply add MS1 as a family member. Would MS1 Still have all Office 365 cloud data intact?

I think you are confusing two different things

Xbox gamepass ultimate only gives you games NOT APPS

I think what you are thinking of is ms office 365 which does include ms office suite but no games completely seperate products and subscriptions

One is for business and personal use of apps ms office 365 though office 2024 will be standalone

2nd xbox gamepass ultimate which is gaming ONLY

I'm.guessing you clicked on the 365 trial on Microsoft.com

If you have Office 365 Family and your son has his own PC you send him a sharing link in order that he can install 365, he doesnt as such have his own 365 Office MS Account. And you can cancel/terminate his 365 via your MS Account at any time

Order history page.

For people who have an Office 365 for business subscription. You must be a Global Admin or Billing Admin to do the steps described in this article - View
your bill or invoice.

However, no matter which Office subscription you use, it is not feasible to delete the purchase history.
