    Can we partition please for Microsoft to put Nier 1 backward compatibiliy. It's a really good game and it's the source of the story of Nier Autameta.

    Considering Backward Compatibilty is currently on hold, due to the team working on the New Xbox console, then there is no point in petitioning for the game. If you really want it that badly, then you could ask for it in the ideas website here

    You would really need to contact the developers (Cavia) as they would be the ones to make the decision on bringing the game to BC once they start the program up again.

    I definitely agree, the story of Nier/Drakenguard is convoluted as hell, any extra context is always nice. Unfortunately the Xbox One won’t be getting any more games added to BC, but the back-compat team is already working on Scarlett, so hopefully we’ll
    be getting a much bigger library of BC games next gen with even more enhancements to resolution and performance.

    in fact it would not even be the complete plot, since you would miss drakengard 1 and 3, and those came out only for ps2 and ps3. But playing Nier on xbox one would not be bad at all.
