Wotam serdecznie, wczoraj zakupilam nowa konsole xbox one s, po zalozeniu konta xbox live gold sklep dzialal , dzis gdy chce pobrac aplikacje np youtube to wyswietla sie komunikat SPRAWDZ POLACZENIE (ze nie jestem online) skoro internet np google i youtube
z poziomu przegladarki dziala tylko dzisiaj nie moge uruchomic microsoft store mimo ze INTERNET DZIALA i konsola jest polaczona z internetem bo inne funkcje dzialaja.prosze o pomoc.

On the Microsoft store it says you get 2 free select games when you buy an Xbox One S. How does this work? How do I choose the games when I order online? And do retail stores offer the same deal? My friend is thinking of getting an Xbox One S and that is
one of the main reasons why.

Hi there,

I'm sorry that is happening. I would like to clarify a bit more, what kind of error message does it give you? Does it also give you a certain error code?

First I would suggest to clear the console's MAC address:

Settings>Network>Network settings>Advanced settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear& Restart

Afterwards, if the issue is persisting try to check the connection:

Settings>Network>Network settings>Test Multiplayer Connection

After performing this test does it give you an error message? If so please go over this article: "I get an error message when
I run the 'Test multiplayer connection' on Xbox One"

Dziękuję za pomoc, błąd w Microsoft store został naprawiony mam już swoją grę i wszystko dobrze działa ale na Microsoft store nadal pokazuje że nie posiadam hero edition, a gra działa jak przedtem, mam grę i swój dodatek. Lecz nie wiem czy to problem z wyświetlaniem w Microsoft store
