Nickelodeon Dance: Achievement not unlocking

Hi,

My achievement "Show Stopper - Earned by getting all Achievements!" does not want to unlock even though I have all other achievements unlocked.

What happened?

My wife completed this game and I immediately started it too, without going to dashboard, we switched profiles while the game was still running in the background. After my first song (only earned one star) I immediately got 3 achievements (Santa Claus is Coming
Aqui, Oye Como Va adn Dance-tastic). I played a bit further and unlocked another 2 achievements too early (Iko Iko and P.U.! Stinky Swamp Song). The problem was that those achievements also unlock their respective song and in my game the songs stayed locked
even if I earned enough stars.

I deleted my save file, move my wifes save file to a memory stick. I started a new game with a brand new save file. Everything went well now this time. Achievements unlocked when they were suppose too and the songs became available when meeting the requirements.

When I unlocked my last but one achievement "Dancing Dynamo", the last one (Show Stopper) for unlocking all the rest stayed locked.

I played the game a little bit further until the game gave me the notice I earned 100 stars and was rewarded the achievement for it (which I already had unlocked). Unfortunately that did not trigger the other achievement.

I want my last achievement unlocked as I met all requirements fair and square on my new save file.

PS I do not want to recover my profile for now because of the windows phone issues (Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.)

Edit: Please do not tell me to go to xbox.com and wait for 7 days because the game does not even show up on xbox.com.

My achievements won't unlock all of a sudden.

I am also having a huge problem earning achievements on the one like many others. I have constantly met the requirements for a couple of the achievements in just dance 2014 and as far as I'm aware of, none of the achievements that I earn from this point
on will unlock. Also, YouTube achievements are not unlocking as well. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

 

Achievement (It's Happy Hour Somewhere!, Just Dance 2014, xbox 360) not unlocking

I have been having problems getting the achievement It's Happy Hour Somewhere for Just Dance 2014. I have tried contacting Ubisoft's technical support, but so far they have been less than helpful. For example, they provided a phone number for Xbox support
along with a link to xboxachievements.com. They're not actually affiliated with Microsoft in any way, are they? Pretty sure they're not Xbox support for achievements though.

In any case, I've seen online about other people who've had this issue. The achievement requires playing at least one complete song in World Dance Floor mode during 5 Happy Hours. I estimate I've done complete songs in roughly 20 different happy hours,
yet the achievement is not unlocking for some reason. How do I get this to finally unlock?

Nickelodeon Dance on your profile right here. Please visit that page and wait the 7 days to see if it pops for you. Since these are separate from the Windows Phone achievements, this should resolve the issue for you.

As you are fully aware of by now, if it doesn't self-heal after the 7 days, please post back and we'll look into it further.

 

Hi Misses Quinzel. Thanks for all the help, but this one is different than the Windows Phone synchronization issue. I do not have it even unlocked in-game, I am stuck at 15/16 achievements and 900/1000 GS even though I met all requirements, so I do not think
it will magically appear within 7 days on my xbox.com profile, would be awesome though if it did.

 

Hey, Musquito. OH! I misunderstood! I thought you had it unlocked in game. My apologies.

If that is the case, I suggest reaching out the the developer, High Voltage Software, as they are the ones that handle issues with achievements on Xbox 360 not unlocking. Thanks for the clarification!

One last question: How come if I go to my xbox.com profile, chosing "achievements", I do not see that game appear, while using your url I do see all my recent played games.

 

I have not yet played Nickelodeon Dance myself, but if I had to venture a guess, the achievement may be tracking game stats to determine when to unlock instead of which achievements have been earned. Where you had unlocked some achievements and then started
a new save file, you could load the game and meet the requirements for those first achievements you unlocked on that first save file. It is only a suggestion, if I knew how to access the games source code for the achievements I could verify what triggers the
unlock.

 

@ Blank Kirito: I did that. The beauty of Nickelodeon Dance is that the game tells you when you unlock an achievement, even if you already unlocked it in a previous save. After getting everything fair and square in my second file, the only thing I did not
meet the requirements yet, was obtaining 100 stars (got that achievement in my first save). I played the game further until I got 100 stars but unfortunately that did not trigger the last achievement.

 

Hello, Musquito! Sorry for the delay in response. The reason why you see the game on my link but not when you attempt to view it my be based on what region you are set to on the website. Some regions do not have the full list of games available, so when
you view the achievements there, they appear to not show up. You can change the locale by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the website and selecting whatever country you see at the bottom left there.

Does your first save show that you have the achievement unlocked in game? Please do keep me updated on what High Voltage Software says to you! I want to make sure we've got you all covered. I know how important achievements are for you.

 

Hi Misses Quinzel. So far no response from High Voltage Software. I do not have my first save file any more, so I cannot check, but I know for sure those (early unlocked) achievements appeared on xbox.com

Each time I wanted to check my achievements in-game (second and good savefile), it did not let me swipe to the left to access it. So I am still not sure what achievements in-game are unlocked.

I will remember to change the locale if I do not see all my games, thanks for the explanation.

 

I have not received any response from High Voltage Software and I am not expecting any anymore. As hackers can add achievements to a profile, I believe Microsoft can too (I am not saying that Microsoft employees are hackers). It is obvious I met all requirements
as I unlocked all the other achievements.

I want that last achievement unlocked on my profile, so can you please add it manually?
