Xbox one does not want to go online

i've had nothing but troubles with Xbox one – looking at all the online Wi-Fi anywhere on but trouble and you want me to consider buying one x , fix Xbox one s asked first . I have no problem playing Wii online or PlayStation Xbox one is overrated . Nothing

It's kind of disappointing that someone who's supposed to be reviewing a technical device apparently understands so little about hard drives.

Besides that, it was interesting to see both consoles stacked on top of each other. For some reason I was under the impression that the S model wasn't quite as wide as it is.

 

Coming from someone who has 4k displays I am waiting to see more reviews on how well the 4k upscaling of games work before trading in my Forza edition X1 on this.

 

This look at the Xbox One is ok. I would have liked to see some information that was not already known well before the thing launched.

Stupid question IMO. This IS the Xbox One. It is just a slimmed down model. The 500gb and 1tb are the same prices as the outgoing model. The older model will be available for a while but I doubt they will continue to produce it. They will just sell
out existing stock via sales and stuff. So this model is for:

1. Anybody who wants to game on Xbox One

2. People who want a 4k blu ray player with features like HDR

It really is an Xbox console. The power difference is just so it can handle the HDR and stuff. A small bump up in GPU speed and HDMI 2.0a are things that will help with that. But this is nothing more than a slim model really. And I understand the reference
to Scorpio. That really has no bearing on this though for new customers. You are getting the current Xbox One in slim form. I mean, who would buy the older "fat" model with the Scorpio coming. You could even argue that with the PS4 Neo and the original.
But the price difference may keep a sizable group buying the Xbox One S and standard PS4 for a while.

My review:

Nice sleek unit, the white color is eye catching. Unboxed, plugged in within 5 mins. Updated in 15 mins. Set up and functional from start to finish in 25 mins.

New controller feels sturdy, like the grips. A very nice upgrade to an already good product.
