Another outage on a weekend and you guys don't enough have resources to facilitate chat support without disconnecting me after a 15 min wait. You guys rock!!! I guess I'll install dying light when you guys get your act together. I'm glad we we don't pay
for this service or anything, then it would be even more frustratin....

I'm very sorry about the connection problems you have been having. Let me try my best to get this resolved for you.

First, lets try turning your modem completely off for 1 minute. Also disconnect your console from the Internet as well. Turn your modem back on and see if that helped.

If that doesn't help, lets try something else. try to clear your Alternate Mac Address:

Go to Settings> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate Mac Address> Clear that out>
then reboot the console.

The final thing I can suggest if none of these steps help is to hard reboot your console by following these steps:

1) Turn off console and unplug everything. Keep the console off until the power brick's light is completely off.

2) Plug the console back in and turn it on

3) Connect back to Xbox Live

If none of these steps help you, this may just be a outage like you said. There may not be anything to fix this besides time. I'm very sorry about that.

 

Xbox live!!! How many Xbox one updates are u guys gunna do and this is supposed to be next Gen?

Having a lot of updates is a good thing, it means the developer is working on improving the system. But those things should be better discussed in the "General Discussion forum" right here forums.xbox.com/.../3817.aspx
