Nice but unhelpful

I just got off a chat line with a customer service rep. I asked if they would price match a few games I wanted to buy since Playstation 3 is charging less for Sonic Adventure one and two. I waited and had a good conversation but I soon realized the conversation
was going nowhere and so I asked the rep if they found the answer to my question. That's when they gave me the speel about how some XBOX 360 games are backward compatible, and that a lot of Sonic the Hedgehog games are on the list. They didn't give me an answer
of price match but I got the gist that they didn't want to give me a no answer. The rep was nice but ignoring my question was rude and a blatant waste of my time, they knew the answer and were wasting my time on top of that. I hope this is not business as
usually for XBOX.

Whats up with the leaderboards?

Unhelpful post is unhelpful and unnecessary. But to keep this on topic, my leaderboards are also doing the same thing right now too.

Repetitive Skype Notifications

Goth, I like you, but your post really was unhelpful. And Akame, your post was outright demeaning - who are you to say that just because I like to use Skype on my console that I'm anything but normal? Shame on you!

The Xbox Store and Xbox customer service can't price-match games.

All digital titles are simply sold for the price as shown on the store webpage. The stated prices cannot be overridden.

If physical disc copies of the game are available in stores, you can check with retailers for their own price-matching policies.

its unfortunate, but I have worked for companies that do the same thing. They have 9 or 10 different departments and each will tell you to contact the other. It sucks especially when I have spent so much on Microsoft. I guess it is what it is then.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and since they do not use the forums the only thing that can be done through the forums is direct you to the enforcement site. Which is way more helpful than calling support who will tell you
to post on the forums.
