Hallo zusammen,

habe über eine Code NHL 19 herunterladen, ist auch in der Einkaufshistorie unter meinen Account sichtbar.

Wollte heute eine Runde zocken, aber das Spiel lies sich nicht starten.

Fehlermeldung:

Fehler 0x82D40007

Darauf wollte ich das Spiel neu installieren, finde es aber nicht mehr in meiner Bibliothek wird nur angezeigt wieder mit 69,99 zum Kaufen!!

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen, da das Spiel offiziell über meine Account gekauft worden ist.

Error Message: Error 0x82D40007 On Which I wanted to reinstall the Game, but find it no longer in my Library will only appear again with 69.99 again with 69.99 to Buy!!

Can someone please help me as the Game has been officially purchased through my Account.

i tried it with removing the account and add it.

it still does not work, how can i get Contact Information to the Support?

They only shows me this option with the Forum and a Support Chat, but the Chat is out of order.

Don't find any e-Mail address or a telephone number to get help...

First the Game doesn't start and i get error message 0x82D40007.

After that i wanted to download the game again but it's no more in my games library.

I do not understand that cause i only have this account on my xbox..

I have exactly the same problem!

Game shows in my order history but I can no longer start NHL 19. I bought a code to redeem as

NHL 19 - Unlock keys.

So you are seeing the game purchased under your account in your Order History but you are unable to access the game as it's asking you to pay it again? I would try to

Remove then Add your account back on your Xbox One. Once you have done this give it another try, Sometimes resyncing your accounts cloud data could help resolve this issue.

If the issue persists then I would simply advise that you
Contact Xbox Support for more assistance. This way they can take a look at your account and provide more in depth assistance with this issue.

This is a rip off and false advertising!

It happened to me.

Customer support just stopped my chat.

Price now is higher, even if I get a refund, I will have to pay more for NHL19 now.

Please honor the offer and order we placed, and provide NHL19 as we bought it.

Or is it a scam?
