NHL Rewards EA Access Code

I signed up for the NHL Rewards program and should've been emailed a one month trial code for EA Access. I never received the code, so I contacted EA support. They told me to contact you guys so that y'all could provide me with a code. They said that I should
give you my case # for them, but I don't really know if I should do that on a public forum.

nhl rewards 1 month ea access code not valid

need new code for 1 month ea access trial as the other nhl rewards one isnt valid

Part of being an NHL rewards member . previously an ea access member for 12 months (purchased 6th september 2015). brought nhl 16 free as part of ea access.

I haven't received my 1 month EA access code for signing up for EA Sports NHL rewards

 

When did you register? Per the fine print, if you registered before August 24, the codes would have been sent on or around August 29. But if you registered between August 21 and September 2, codes will go out around the 6th.

 

I registered the first day they posted it, so it was before the 24th.
