NHL Rewards/EA Access code yet received

I signed up for NHL Rewards in August because of a promotion and was suppose to be issued an EA Access 1 month code with it but have yet to receive it can someone help. Link to promotional tweet by the way -> EA Access on Twitter

I haven't received my 1 month EA access code for signing up for EA Sports NHL rewards

nhl rewards 1 month ea access code not valid

need new code for 1 month ea access trial as the other nhl rewards one isnt valid

Part of being an NHL rewards member . previously an ea access member for 12 months (purchased 6th september 2015). brought nhl 16 free as part of ea access.

When did you register? Per the fine print, if you registered before August 24, the codes would have been sent on or around August 29. But if you registered between August 21 and September 2, codes will go out around the 6th.

I registered the first day they posted it, so it was before the 24th.
