Nhl gamecenter download is not available

I am trying to download nhl gamecenter on Xbox 360. There is no option to download. There is only options to "rate"or "pin". Im subcribed to nhl gamecenter and xbox live gold. This is so frustrating. I contacted support but they just said to wait a few
hours but same problem? Any idea why? I'm in Australia btw. Thanks

NHL Game Center

I found the NHL app on the Xbox store but all it does is let you see news and video clips. There is no way to activate your Gamecenter subscription.

The NHL website is quite confusing as it mentions both an NHL app and a NHL Gamecenter app.

I have the same issue. I was trying to reinstall the app using the following method:

support.xbox.com/.../nhl-gamecenter-help

Now I only have the option to rate or pin. I tried clearing the cache, signing out, and unplugging the device for a minute.

 

Same issue- tried everything.

 

Sorry to hear you're having the same problem. I got an email from nhl gcl saying that they are aware of the glitch and trying to fix it. Hopefully that won't take too long. Let me know how you go and if you manage to download it please.

 

Im having the same problem. Could it possibly be that they are update it for the new season? I have tried for other sports and they all have the Download option but not NHL. Fingers crossed they fix this soon.

 

Same problem in the UK. Got the same response from GCL. They're aware of the problem etc.

Now I can't even watch last seasons hockey, pretty poor, and there's nothing on the GCL support pages to let people know

 

Has anyone had any luck yet? This is pretty frustrating.

I am having this same issue, ugh, and its extremely aggravating. This better be fixed by the time the regular season starts. Though I would really like to think that it won't take another week to solve the issue.

 

I'm having trouble too. :-( I really hope this gets fixed!

 

Can everyone else actually find the app? I cant even find the app, let alone download it
