    NHL app - GameCenter Live - cannot log in


    Installed the NHL app on my XBO and attempted to log in to GameCenter Live. Was given an error - "Cannot connect to National Hockey League. There was a problem logging in. Please try again in a few minutes."

    Have retried numerous times over the past hour. I can connect to the GameCenter app on PlayStation, on my laptop, iPad, Roku -- every other device, except the Xbox One.

    Anyone else having this issue? Or know of a solution?

    PS... Why is there no dedicated support page under the XBO Apps forum for the NHL app? When you browse by letter, the only "N" app is Netflix. Borderline insulting, Microsoft.

    I found the NHL app on the Xbox store but all it does is let you see news and video clips. There is no way to activate your Gamecenter subscription.

    The NHL website is quite confusing as it mentions both an NHL app and a NHL Gamecenter app.

    NHL app - GameCenter Live - cannot log in

    I'm not sure what the issue would be or why there is no forum for the app. However, have you tried holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

    However, I did find a number you can call if you are having issues with the app. If you live in North America dial 866-210-6349 for more assistance.

    Hey do you need a Subscribtion for the playstation network to use NHL Gamecenter? On Xbox this app is free to DL. but you will need an Xbox Live Gold account..
