NHL 19 Crashes intermediatly whenever game loads a new screen, or in between periods. HEEELLPP

We understand that you're experiencing an issue with NHL 19 crashing to the dashboard while playing the game, and would like to further investigate the issue.

Our first question here is in regards to how you own the license, are you using a disc or are you accessing it digitally?

When the crash occurs, are there any error messages that appear as the game crashes?

Has this occurred on any other console in case you have attempted?

I Did own it digitally but have recently got the game refunded due to these issues

there were no error messages at all, the game would just make a repeated noise and my xbox dashboard would appear. The game was completely unplayable. Im sure it has everything to do with EA. I have had nothing but issues with EA NHL series but since I have
a passion for hockey I have always struggle through the BS to play the games. This years release (NHL 19) has got some pretty rotten reviews. I feel Microsoft should hold game developers to a higher standard if they are going to market their games. This entire
experience has put a bitter taste in my mouth about Microsoft since it was such a ridiculous process for Xbox support to actually believe my story after running me through the basic simple troubleshooting steps and eventually refunding my purchase. I have
liked the service from Xbox support in the past however with 10+ years as an Xbox live customer and with around the same amount of experience in the technical field (also have built my last 2 computers) I don't appreciate being treated like a total moron when
I speak to a technician for help. I am self sufficient and believe me the when I call Xbox support I have a LEGIT concern and I have exhausted all other possible solutions in my power.

whenever I complete a matchmaking game the game crashes at the loading screen...wtf

Right after the anthony davis screen goess away it crashes doesnt get to the screen with all the teams just doesnt load up period

BF4 won't play period. Same with Watchdogs. Both are on disk and just freeze in the startup screen for a while before crashing and telling me that the game took too long to load.
