Nhl 18 Deluxe gold packs

I purchased nhl 18 young stars deluxe edition on nov 18/2017. when i expanded the game title on the microsoft store, it clearly stated that i would receive 2 gold plus packs for 20 weeks.

After waiting a week and not receiving any packs when logging into the game, i called xbox and ea sports.

Told that was not the deal i bought - deluxe edition contents changed this week and does not include this content any longer. I know what i purchased!

Given run around from xbox and ea sports. Spent 5 hours discussing the issue with both companies explaining i just want what was advertised, otherwise i would not have purchased. Both companies refused responsibility and nothing was done to help me.

Are they any other players that have been fooled by their tactics?

What can we do about this?

How do you access the extras? HUT etc?

This is what I purchased all I can access is the game...

Purchase the NHL 18 Young Stars Deluxe Edition now which includes 3 days of early access to the full game plus:

-2 Gold Plus Packs per week for 20 weeks.

-1 Rookie HUT item for your favourite NHL team.

I haven't received my Deluxe bonus packs

I have not received the bonus content for my digital copy of NHL 17 Deluxe (one gold plus pack a week for 25 weeks). Physical version would have a code to redeem the packs, so how can I get the packs with digital version?
