NHL 17 Super Deluxe Preorder Code

Hello, not sure if anyone can help with this. I preordered the super deluxe edition for NHL 17 and am supposed to be receiving 2 packs a week, and noticed i haven't been receiving any. I was told i might need to enter a code to redeem these, but never received
one that i know of. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Due to our forums being public, we are unfortunately unable to offer any sort of billing support here. If you were charged for one version of the game, but have verified you have not gotten the content included, you will need to contact our phone support
team through our
Contact Us page for further assistance so they can take a look and see which license is on your account.

Keep in mind that with the Deluxe Edition you should receive 5850 NHL points in HUT, not any extra packs. Additionally, this is content we're unable to provide over the forums.

While we cannot directly assist in verifying which version you own, please do feel free to keep us posted here on how it goes!

EA Support on in-game packs. If you purchased digitally, your content should be automatically added to your account so if you are continuing to experience issues with missing in-game content, you'll want to check with EA Support directly.

Thanks for the reply. I contacted EA support directly and they bounced me to Microsoft support after determining i needed a code for the preorder content which i never received. Then i was referred here, so not really sure what's going on.

 

Alright so the HUT packs are sent 2 per week but you have to sign in and play each week. Have you been playing weekly since launch? And when was the last time you received your packs? And to confirm, did you purchase the game digitally or physically?

 

I've played at least once a week, and have been trying to save packs to make sure I'd be getting the right amount. I've had two saved since very early on, and these may be part of a returning user bonus. I haven't received anything for at least 2 weeks and
possibly not at all. I purchased the game digitally. Thanks again.

 

As you purchased a digital copy of the game, there is no extra download code necessary. The license for the bonus content is added automatically do your game/account. If you open the two packs you currently have, do you receive new ones the next time they
are sent out?

I understand this is frustrating however we are unable to assist with in-game content. If you still are unable to locate your content, I highly recommend reaching back out to EA Support and explaining to them that you purchased a digital edition of the game
which does not require any additional content codes and that you are lacking in-game content.
