NHL 17 EASHL Equipment bundle code not received yet. PLEASE HELP!

NHL 17 equipment bundle was not given to me yet. Spoke to Xbox adviser. said i could have been skipped over on the code list. been waiting since the game came out for this and still haven't received anything.

I pre-ordered EA Sports NHL 17 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order on June 27, 2016, yet I have yet to receive my content code for the 50 HUT Gold Plus Packs, EASHL Equipment Bundle or the EASHL '94 Celebration. My order number is 567453558081022709. Thanks.

Besides sending EA Access out to those who pre-ordered NHL 17, there are no other codes related to NHL 17 that are sent out over Xbox Live. To get the content you're inquiring about, check 'Manage game' for NHL 17 by highlighting the game's tile and pressing
the Menu button on your Xbox One controller. From there, check for the content under 'Ready to install'.

If you don't see the content there, the content also may already be in game. You can check for this in EASHL mode when you go to edit your player.
