NHL 17 EA Access

Pre ordered NHL 17 Super deluxe Edition and have not yet recieved my EA access code yet. after speaking to EA support and xbox support i am told i have to post here and it will be dealt with.

I bought NHL 17 a little over two weeks ago and never received my code for EA access or the NHL equipment bundle and NHL 94 celebrations

 

I didn't get my EA Access?

I bought NHL 17 a couple weeks ago which came with 1 month free of EA Access, and still have yet to receive my code for EA Access.

 

Hey JoeHarry13! When did you pre-order the game? It can take 7-10 days after pre-ordering to receive the code. Post back and let us know!

 

I pre ordered 3 to 4 days ago now, and the first 2 times I spoke to support I was told nothing of 7 to 10 days. I have also spoken to many others who have pre ordered who typically recieved it in less than 24 hours.

You can find the details on the EA Access code delivery in the game's description. If you do not receive a code after waiting 10 days from your purchase, please post a new thread letting us know! You can find the specific day you purchased by logging into Microsoft
Commerce.
