NHL 16 sale: Deals with Gold

For the past few days, I have been looking at the deals with gold and noticing that NHL 16 was under $20. I wanted to purchase it, but when you look at it, the gold price is $19.80 but when I actually go to finish the transaction, it wants me to pay the
full $64.19. Is this happening to many people or is it just me? Either way, what should I do about this problem?

Battlefield 4 was 100% off this morning when I checked and NHL 16 was also 75% off... However, I just looked again, and the games are no longer listed as on sale.

On the Deals with Gold page, it shows that Battlefield 4 is on sale at "-100%" and NHL 16 is on sale at "-75%". However, when you go to purchase them, the price shown is $14.99 and $39.99. Why is Microsoft not honouring their sales discounts? 100% off should
be $0 and 75% off should be priced at $10....

 

Deals change tomorrow so I'd ring Microsoft and get it sorted quickly

 

The person I talked to said they can't do anything about it because I was in the preview program. Which I'm not really sure what that has to do with it. Then they told me to post my question on here...
