NHL 15 Demo freezes

When I try to play the NHL 15 demo, it freezes on the start-up screen! Everytime! I've even tried to uninstall it / reinstall but it keeps doing the same thing... Any ideas?

If you're a hockey fanatic like I am (Go Devils), this game has been on your radar since E3.

EA announced at GamesCom that there will be a demo available for NHL 15 on Aug. 26.

I cant wait to try this game which a been completely revamped to utilize the power of the next gen consoles.

Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? See if that solves the issue.

 

The other problem could be that the Demo did not install properly bud, try un-installing and ofc re-installing the demo. This could have come from the Xbox shutting off during the install or some random problem. Either reset your system or try the install
again.

 

well the holding the power down and retrying didn't work. It still freezes on the loading screen. It'll show the loading icon, but it never begins to spin and that's when it freezes.

I'm not sure what you mean by ofc reinstall the demo. I will uninstall it, power the xbox down by holding power for 10 seconds, then reinstall making sure not to turn the xbox off and then i'll report back. I really hope this works!

 

Well, I did what I said above and no luck. Still the same freezing problem at the same point. And at over 2 GB, it takes a while to do this everytime!

Any other ideas?
