Sorry about your problem, unfortunately you cant, for now, because it is not backward compatible yet. When the new Scarlett releaves there will be more bc games, hope it will be soon, because its a great game

No, the 360 game is not compatible, and also will not give access to the remastered version. You will have to purchase the game if you want to play it on the Xbox One.
