NFS:Rivals should be removed

I bought NFS:Rivals here 2 days ago and my issue is that the game kept crashing each time i went online. The game kept saying Joining game than it froze and crashed. The few times i managed to get online and really play the game alot of glitches occured.
driving outside the road, stuck inside objects.

i were in contact with alot of people i met in the game and made some new friends also. Sadly they also had the same issues i did and i looked on google and the game is broken literally. Alot of people find this game very annoying since its not working online
and when u buy a game with online compability it should be working flawless, and if not flawless atleast way less problems than this.

I hope NFS:Rivals can get removed from the store until the bugs with this is fixed or atleast make people aware of that..

Buying a game thats not working the way it should is one of the more frusterating a gamer can meet

I'm sorry to here about your issues with a newly purchased game.

You could always contact Xbox Support and discuss the issue with them or contact the developer as well to see if there is a known issue that can be or is going to be resolved.

I would suggest submitting feedback directly to Microsoft on this one, it stinks you had this experience but letting them know directly would be the best course of action.

 

I've played this game off and on for the last month or so and haven't noticed any issues. I'm guessing those experiencing problems are much more vocal than those who are not having any trouble. Have you tried all the normal basic troubleshooting steps
such as checking for updates, doing a hard reset, rebooting networking equipment, trying a hard wired vs. wifi connection, uninstalling & reinstalling the game, etc.?

 

I did get EA games to call me and i chatted with them several times and all they claimed is that they didn't know about the problems. I spent so much time to get support from them but nothing worked for me

Hi Tormaz, im glad u haven't had these problems. I've played the game for 3 days and i kept on trying all the troubleshoots i got from Microsoft but none of them worked. i kept on trying to reset my Alternate Mac adress and restarting my xbox multiple times
and i reinstalled the game twice (no im not telling a lie its true..).

So im really glad to hear it works for u but sadly for me it kept on crashing and so did it for my friend. i wish u best of luck playing the game

 

now i've left a feedback for microsoft about NFS:Rivals so i hope either the game is getting removed from the store or they add a description the online mode might be a bit glitchy when u join games. if not i hope EA games releases a fix for this. the game
was fun but its annoying when u buy a game and its broken

 

EA servers always have issues. It sucks, but when a game doesn't have a lot of players anymore they reduce servers to save cost and eventually remove them altogether.

 

Sorry to hear about your problem, Ibhad the same issue with the game on Origin (I think) when I bought it and just forgot about it. I would contact the developers with this information and see of they intend on a patch or update.
