NFS: Rivals digital won't play

Purchased game digitally on Sunday. Finally downloaded, but within a few minutes of playing it would freeze and kick me to console home screen. This happened 5 times. I uninstalled and redownloaded. Now it won't even load. I push A to start the game, brings
up the art full screen like its loading, then kicks me back to console home every time. Also did a full system reboot. Ideas? Should have bought disc instead.

BF4, COD Ghosts, Titanfall, NFS Rivals, Forza 5, Watch Dogs, Kinect Sports Rivals, Tomb Raider (just got today).

DIGITAL GAMES:

Project Spark Beta, Zoo Tycoon, Halo Spartan Assault, PowerStar Golf.

Anyone who starts the disc vs digital I'm gona give the silent treatment. This is my answer, plane and simple.

yes i contact microsoft a lot of time about this issue.

FIrst Fix: put your console in english with USA as location

Second fix: press the start button at the same time of the power button keep it for 10-15 second.

xbox will restart or close then restart and it should work.

the first fix resolve all my problem

Nope that didn't help. Been chatting with Xbox support via twitter. They've had me hard restart with a power cycle, try using another profile, and try playing offline. Nothing worked. Deleted and downloading for a third time.

 

Well, MS support via twitter was no help. Deleted game and re-downloaded a total of 4 times. They have no answer. Guess I'm just out $60. Serves me right for buying digitally, I guess.

 

Just got done chatting with EA support. No resolution, just escalated my case...
