    NFS heat missing progress


    Playing nfs heat under my sons profile (he was at level 27) We decided to change to my profile. When my nfs heat account loaded all my sons progress from when he was on level 23 came up and my progress has vanished. When we go back to my sons profile all
    his progress is fine and still at level 27. I was at level 28 the last time i played. I have tried removing my profile from the xbox and reloading it with no luck. As i dont want to start all over again is there a way i can fix and recover my progress.

    Normally game saves are specific to a profile, that way multiple people can play the same game at their own pace, normally these are not transferable between profiles

    OK this sounds like 2 things might be needed to be done first. Check there is no outstanding balance on your account on your mircosoft profile via logging into the mircosoft website and going to your profile. Subscription tab just to make sure there isn't

    If there is a outstanding balance please pay it and power cycle your console after words. If it still hasn't refreshed please try redownloading your gamertag. https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/add-remove-account-xbox-one.
    The 2nd thing to try is also redownloading the gamertag if that didn't work try to factory reset the xbox is the next thing on the list.

    Hi AngryEvilElmo,

    May just be a game bug, are you able to try another mission then come back to it? Am thinking trying something different in game may help if it is a bug.

    You could also try posting on the Official NFS Heat Forum that is operated by EA Games. Deffo worth seeing if anyone else has
    experienced this issue and if there is a fix.
