NFL SUNDAY TICKET ISSUE

please help!! I bought the max sunday ticket and when I Open the nfl app there is nothing there for the sunday ticket. I read online that it's available . I live in NYC so I qualify. is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there any resolution in the
immediate before I'm forced to cancel? Thank you!!

NFL Sunday Ticket app

On the XBox One, the NFL ST App is inside the NFL App. i found the log in screen for nfl sunday ticket tonight, under "Settings" (get to NFL Guide, then hit "Y" for settings, "NFL Services", "DIRECTV NFL Sunday Ticket" - entered my login and password and
get a message with a red triangle with a "!" in it the says "The 2015 NFL SUNDAY TICKET games will start Sunday, September 13. See you then!".

Unfortunately, it's not saving my info, so I guess we're going to have to log into it again on Sunday morning.

Thanks for bringing your issue to our attention. In the past it has been set up in a few different ways to access the NFL Sunday Ticket. At this time it would be a stand alone app that you would have to install from the store section of your Xbox One. Just
search up NFL Sunday Ticket and you should see the app there ready for install.

I read online that it was available in the nfl app. I don't even see it. In my nfl menu. Xbox support hasn't been helpful at all!!

 

Has your NFL app updated? run the NFL app > press home button to have NFL app in large window > Menu button> Manage App or App details, see if it there is an update option

 

It should be in the sidebar. Press it and it takes you to the login screen or just go to settings.

 

Yeah, I checked today as well and it was on the sidebar. I signed in and saw all the games for tomorrow on the bottom.

 

I signed in and saw it last night, but it's not appearing tonight. I called in and they said we're not suppose to see anything until 12:45pm Sunday Sept 7th. (Yes thats 15 min before the games begin). I'm nervous too but theres not much I can do til then.
