NFL on Xbox One app - Pick off sweepstake live pick answer not updating

Had no problem using the app last week. Voted during the two matches on Saturday just fine. Today; a week later, it just continues to show last weeks game poll results but doesn't offer me new polls to vote in during the current live match.

I get notifications that a poll is up or that results are in (for the poll I never voted on) but when going to the app no poll or poll results show up.

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, factory reset, BluRay cache clear, resetting router and system but it still shows last weeks game.

I'm going to be real upset if this doesn't get resolved before the challenge expires tomorrow night..

NFL app problem...

I have the NFL app snapped in while watching football and some of the tabs are not updating. The fantasy game center seems to be working fine but the live game center scores are not updating. Two minutes left in the first quarter and the NFL app is showing
15:00 still on the live game center tab. What gives?

Microsoft Rewards Sweepstakes

This is about the microsoft rewards sweepstakes, i hear that there is a alternate method of entry by mailing all your contact info and address and the number of sweepstakes you want to enter. By number of sweepstakes does it mean entries or like for example
i want to enter in these 3 sweepstakes. And i heard that its a guaranteed 150 entries so if i only pick the xbox one x forza bundle would I get 150 entries into that one sweepstakes

You're not the only one. It's not working properly for me either. I got to make the first live pick for the Pro Bowl today but it won't give me the second one even though it gave me a notification that it was available. Very frustrating!

the NFL app is a stand alone app run by the NFL and the NFL network.... Sunday Tickets contract with Direct TV ends after this season and will not be picked up.... ( as far as I hear ) so it is a fresh start for MS/XB1 & the NFL

from what I gather

the NFL app will have the NFL Network channel... including the RED-ZONE channel and our Fantasy leagues from NFL.com will be shown live either by snap or a rolling marque banner on the bottom..

No i get that part. Not saying its a scam because I don't win but the CXO sweepstakes said a winner will be picked in April. All this time passed then it said there wasn't a winner picked for that sweepstakes. I get they chose to not do that sweepstakes
because of covid and travelling but give back the points for those that entered instead of scrapping and keeping all our points.

It takes 96 hours for purchases to update/reflect on the website so if you just purchased the movie it is too early to see those pending. As for the sweepstakes, your tweet enters you in for a chance to win, so you have to wait until they draw/pick winners
to find out if you were randomly selected. Per the FAQ winners will be picked at the end of the sweepstakes (May 6th) and will be notified via Twitter Direct Message.
