NFL on Xbox 360 (Canada)

Alright, I am sure it's been asked before, but i'm new, so i am hoping someone can help me out.

I am wondering if xbox 360 will have the capability to stream live nfl games in the 2014 season? I know xbox one can do it, but I don't own it.

The second question is, does it work in Canada? I am willing to pay the 250-300 dollar subscription for the season, but if it can't work up here, there's no point.

I want to be able to watch the games on my tv, and not on my computer (and due to my computer being a mac book air, it has no hdmi port).

Any help here would be appreciated. I am getting really sick of watching the bills and the giants every week (no offense to bills or giants fans)
