NFL Network/Redzone activation issue

I have AT&T U-verse. I have a package including NFL network and NFL red zone which both currently work on my TV. However, for the last week I haven't been able to watch it through the NFL app on Xbox one.after typing in the code and being told through the
NFL website that my device is activated, the Xbox one gives me a message "sorry, the app is not able to authorize you. Please try again in a few minutes."

I subscribed to those channels with the intention of watching them through the Xbox last week, and I have no idea why its not working.

NFL app not activating Redzone even when I am subscribed to it.

I downloaded the nfl app and selected my provider. I am subbed to both nfl network and nfl redzone from my cable provider (optimum) and after I link my provider, it says NFL NETWORK: ACTIVE, NFL REDZONE: INACTIVE.

 

Almost sold on Xbox One.

So, when reading the announcement on Xbox Wire, it says you get all of the content from NFL Network and NFL RedZone. NFL Network has 1 live game per week, on Thursday nights, and RedZone shows live footage from every game when a team gets into the redzone,
so in a limited capacity, it does sound like you can stream live games.

 

I am having the exact same issue, it never really ask me to log into my att account but it knows my user id. Is this an Xbox or NFL issue, who should I contact?

 

I tried the NFL several days ago and never got an answer.

If you've been logged in before, it looks like it doesn't give you that option just bc it's already logged in before so it knows your account. Then you get "your device is activated". Then it still says inactive and gives the message included in original
post.

Approaching another Sunday, would love to have this resolved this week.

 

UPDATE: I actually went in and cleared all browsing data, cookies, cache, all that...and now I got it to work.

 

I tied all that and even tried 3 different devices. Glad it worked for you.
