NFL Network Live - "Please try again later"

This issue has become increasingly frustrating since CBS has stopped airing Thursday Night NFL games! It seems to have happened when the app was rebranded from NFL Network to just "NFL".

Steps the app asks you to do in order to watch NFL Network LIVE:

Select Provider : Check

Go to activation site: Check

Select Provider: Check

Log in to provider: Check

Return to XBOX One: Check

Go to NFL LIVE to watch game: "Sorry, this video isn't available right now. Please try again later"

I DO have a subscription to NFL Network because I can watch it on my computer, and am currently watching the game right now through this method. The reason I want to watch on my XBOX is because in the room I want to watch the game I do NOT have a cable
box, which allows you to watch the channel.

Fix that I have tried, suggested in another thread, that did not work:

Sign out of everything on the app

Uninstall the app

Restart XBOX

Install the app

Perform the steps I listed above in order to activate account on the XBOX (through an incognito window to ensure the site hasn't saved my log in information, which forces me to re-enter my provider log in information)

Still no resolution!

If anyone has had this problem and found a fix, or has gotten a response from NFL Support, please respond!

XBox One NFL App - NFL Network not working

It`s the same on my side, everything is OK into the NFL App, only NFL-Network say`s “Sorry, this video isn’t available right now. Please try again later.”

 

"An error occurred. Please try again later"

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

1. Go to Xbox Live Status to see if there’s a problem with Xbox Live.
   
2. If there are no reported issues, and you get the error message when you try to start the NFL on Xbox 360 app or access content in the app, wait about a minute and then restart the app.
   
3. If you continue to get the error,
   delete and then reinstall the NFL on Xbox 360 app.
4. If the problem isn't resolved, contact Xbox Support.

 

Please let me know if you find a solution. XBOX offerers no help. There's a handful of threads about this issue and no one is giving a way to fix it.

I was so upset about this that I deleted my entire XBOX one and set it up as a new XBOX and it didn't fix it. I have no idea what else to try.

 

I am having this same issue - XBOX has offered no support for this issue. It's not a authentication issue, because I am able to watch via the NFL app on my windows 10 tablet AND on my desktop. I want to be able to watch the Thursday night games from my XBOX
ONE but there has not been a solution offered. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
