    NFL Network in Standard Definition

The NFL app is awesome in theory, but 1st until they broadcast the NFL network in HD i have no reason to watch it in the app over just through regular channel. Also unless you use the nfl fantasy league, that whole system is useless to me. The ideas of the
tech inside are nice, but honestly i very rarely use the app because has very little worthwhile coverage or information.

    :)

    standard definition not supported

I finally hooked up my XB1 to my U-Verse system and it all seems to work flawlessly except that when I say something like "XBox watch MTV" it takes me to the HD channel which I am not subscribed to. Is there any way for me to use the same voice command but
have it go to the SD MTV channel? I understand I can just say the channel number as an alternative but the "lazy gamer" in me wants a fix if there is any.

    50 Hz support

    @KenobiBax

I have freesat and Standard definition broadcasts do look awful. But HD broadcasts look fine.

Although standard definition broadcasts have always looked awful even before I had an xbox one.

The quality is horrible. So bad. Isn't it supposed to be in HD?

NFL App - NFL network "sorry this video is unavailable right now"

Having the same experience. It's infuriating. Spent an hour with Xbox support with no luck. NFL media support has been blowing me off with standard email responses. Anyone actually had this problem and actually fixed it or is this just how the app is?
Let me emphasize... I'm talking about NFL network specifically on the Xbox one app.

    Time Warner on NFL App

Actually if you mean in order to view NFL network content, you need a provider that carries the NFL network channel.

"To view NFL Network content users must have a television service provider that carries the NFL Network channel."

This link shows the current providers:

XBox One NFL App - NFL Network not working

This does not work and I doubt it is working for you either. You would not immediately hear NFL Network start as you say. What you might have heard was NFL Now which is very different. NFL Now is on the main screen of the app and immediately plays when
the app is launched. NFL Now is a series of current video clips of sports reporters about 3 minutes each. Look at the menus at the bottom of the screen when you launch the app. The NFL Network is the live broadcast the NFL Network channel the same as what
is currently being broadcasted on your cable TV. The NFL Network is on page two after selecting Channel Guide from the bottom menu of the main screen/page one. NFL Network plays on my Xbox 360, but not on my Xbox One.

    NFL App- Time Warner Cable

There is nothing Microsoft can do about it; even if you go to the
    NFL Network streaming site
, you can't use Time Warner Cable to stream NFL Network. TWC has to do a deal with NFL Network to provide streaming access to TWC customers; until that happens, there's nothing Microsoft or anyone can do.

However, you can stream NFL Network and NFL Redzone through the Time Warner Cable app, which is available on the Xbox Store.
