NFL Gamepass not working on Xbox One

Is anyone else having this problem? I just signed up for NFL Gamepass, and signed into my account on the Xbox One NFL app. However, though Gamepass users are supposed to get preseason games live, all I are game CLIPS. I don't even get the game replays after
the game, again, just CLIPS. Gamepass users are supposed to have access to previous Superbowl game replays. On the Xbox One? You guessed it. Just CLIPS.

Now, on my phone or PC, I get all the things I am supposed to - live preseason games and Superbowl archive full replays.

I talked to NFL and they initially said there was a problem with the app they were aware of. They have given me the runaround since and now say the issue has been resolved and tell my I should talk to Microsoft like it is their problem.

Anyone else heard of this or have this problem?

NFL Gamepass App

Is it true that GamePass is not supported on Xbox 360? Is it supported on Xbox One? It is NOT part of the NFL app. Sunday Ticket is....however GamePass is not.

 

NFL Gamepass on Xbox One... Issue logging in to watch games

Trying to log into my NFL Gamepass on Xbox One and it won't let me sign in to watch games. Not sure what else to try?

 

I'm having similar problems. It tells me to sign in but when I click to sign in it says im already signed in. It has worked before but all it shows me now are clips

 

I am having the same problem. It was working for me on Tuesday but has not worked since. I can't watch NFL Network Live or any of the games.

The Xbox ONE, Android and Windows Phone App will not show live content.

Games and NFL Network are only working in a browser on a PC.

 

Same problem, PC is fine will not log in on xbox one

 

I am having the same problem you are. My way around it is to connect my laptop to my tv via hdmi and watch it that way. Good luck bro.

I am getting the same, it works on my phone and Ps4 but on Xbox it says sorry video can't be played at this time.

 

Same issue here. I cant watch games through xbox one but I still can using my ipad. Common Microsoft fix this! Last season the app was working fine, how come an upgrade causes all these problems.

 

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

 

Same here, like every year. We pay 200 bucks for this service and 50% of the time it’s not working, crushing, freezing and stuff like that. Just terrible. I want to watch my favorite show on my tv but can’t.... yet again. I will ask for a refound, i want
you to do the same.
