NFL Game Pass

    NFL Game Pass


    I have the latest version of the app on the XBox One, and highlight videos work fine on it. But I can't watch games, either live or rewind. The error message is "Sorry, we're having trouble playing the video right now". I couldn't watch last night live,
    and I tried multiple games over several hours today. I live in MD, USA. Thank you.

    International NFL Game Pass: How to access with NFL app gone?

    International users (outside of the US, Canada & Europe) just to be able to watch live and on-demand games from NFL Game Pass through the official NFL app.

    Unfortunately, the old NFL app seems to be discontinued and is no longer listed in the store.

    But the Xbox is still listed as a supported platform on the official website over at gamepass.nfl.com. So how you international users like me actually get to use the expansive NFL Game Pass subscription?!

    Is there a new international NFL Game Pass app around the corner?

    I'm on mexico and im having the exact same problem. There is no new NFL or Game Pass app on the Microsoft Store

    The error sounds like it's the NFL Service having some issues, which Microsoft would not have particular control over. I would recommend that you check the information found on this support page, and reach out to the contact methods for Customer Support

    It works on other platforms. Seems like Microsoft should take responsibility for apps they provide.

    The app this year is just called NFL. It states you can access Game Pass right on there.
    I'm on mexico and im having the exact same problem. There is no new NFL or Game Pass app on the Microsoft Store
