NFL Game Pass displays error message while loading

Hi,

When I start the NFL Game Pass App it displays the error message "an error has occurred" after the startup process hits the 98% mark. After I dismiss the error message window the app appears to be hung.

I've tried restarting the Xbox (one) and I've uninstall/reinstalled the app.

Any Ideas

NFL on xBox One App; Error 0x80073cf6

The NFL App For xBox One refuses to load and displays error message 0x80073cf6. I have uninstalled/installed multiple times and the error message is still the same. Are there any fixes available?

Error message says there was a problem loading Daily Challenge data. If problem persists (it has) contact support. Tag you are it support.

Actually the first two games were alright it just displays the error message on the Match Challenge.

Hey there DasWonderLizard!

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, are you experiencing issue launching any other apps? If you haven't already, I recommend trying a few additional steps:

First, Remove your account from your Xbox One console.

After you have removed your account, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One for 10 seconds.

Once your console has powered off, unplug the power cord.

Wait a few minutes and then plug in your console.

Power on your console and Download
your account to your Xbox One console.

After you have downloaded your account again, try launching the NFL app to see if the issue continues.

Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks!

◾What is the exact error you encounter when launching Fantasy? When I attempt to sign in to the fantasy portion using either the NFL on Xbox One Beta or NFL app the following message is displayed:

"THE FANTASY SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

◾Does the issue occur in NFL RedZone or other services? If so which error do you receive? I don't have NFL RedZone so I can't test this.

◾TV/Internet Provider used for RedZone (or other services if you receive an error): Verizon FiOS

◾Region: Mid-Atlantic US

Is there any error message displayed while attempting to reinstall a game or app? Also what console is it and is there any external hard drive plugged in?

Thank you, I will try this and get back to you.

We are currently trying to play and it worked for about 10 minutes, The Division then crashed with no error message just a black screen. Then the Division would not load again so we tried F1 2021 and this game would also not load

All games are installed on the internal hard drive and no error message have been displayed at all.
