NFL for Xbox One App Freeze

Any game or channel on the NFL for Xbox One App will freeze 2 minutes in.

This has been happening since the beginning of the season. I have the Sunday Ticket subscription, contacted Direct TV, they cannot find the source of the problem. Today, I saw multiple reviews of the app dating back to months, reporting the same issue we
are having. I am shocked to see that this has been made aware to Xbox and the NFL App without any fix. We have payed for a service through Direct TV and we are prevented from using that service due to a horrible, broken app, and it appears without any hurry
for a fix.

Are there any solutions to this problem?

NFL app keeps freezing. HELP!

I stream all my media through XBOX One and only the NFL app gives me problems. Unfortunately, this problem is constant. The NFL app always freezes after about 3 minutes of full screen play. Once it freezes (buffering) it just shows a spinning circle in center
of screen and I can't do anything but go home and quit the app and start again. So I am only able to watch football right now in 3 minute chucks then having to restart app and enjoy another 3 minutes. Any help would be appreciated.

 

NFL App won't load

Mister Quimby, are you the one who can let me know if an NFL Sunday Ticket app is coming to the Xbox One before the start of the season? Or will my subscription only go through the NFL app?

I'm seeing mixed reports on both. On DirecTV's website, it says to look out for the new NFL Sunday Ticket app, but last year, it was through the NFL app.
