◾Which Fantasty service are you signing into (CBS, Yahoo, NFL.com Fantasy)? NFL.com

◾What is the exact error you encounter when launching Fantasy? When I attempt to sign in to the fantasy portion using either the NFL on Xbox One Beta or NFL app the following message is displayed:

"THE FANTASY SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

◾Does the issue occur in NFL RedZone or other services? If so which error do you receive? I don't have NFL RedZone so I can't test this.

◾TV/Internet Provider used for RedZone (or other services if you receive an error): Verizon FiOS

◾Region: Mid-Atlantic US

I'm having the same issue with logging into fantasy on the NFL app.

Thank you so much for the information. We have passed this up to the proper teams to investigate this issue., and we'll be dropping updates in this thread as soon as we receive them.

In the meantime, for anyone else who may be experiencing this issue who pops into this thread, please post the information requested on page 1 of this thread so we can continue to pass information to the proper teams.

 

Quick update:

For those of you who are experiencing sign-in issues, do you happen to have any special characters in your passwords? Characters such as "+" may cause this sort of issue to occur. If it isn't a problem, I suggest testing to see if any special characters
are causing this issue to occur.

The investigative teams are still actively looking into a solid fix for this issue, but trying that out will help us a lot!

 

14 days and no status update? Customer service has really taken a dip.

Great! That resolved my issue. Apologize I'm looking at threads through my phone and couldn't see the second page. Thank you for the answer.

I also use the NFL.com fantasy, I have no issues opening the NFL app on my XB1 but when I make an attempt to log into my fantasy it gives me the issue that was stated above.

"The fantasy service is not available. Please try again later."

I have gone about hard restarting my xbox, uninstalling the app, having friends log in on my XB1 and even changing my password to all letters. Nothing has helped me be able to log into the app.

Can someone please give me a hand, it's killing me knowing that it's not working the way it should!!
