NFL app XBO message: The fantasy service is not available. Please try again later.

I am able to launch the NFL app but when i go to the fantasy football section and enter my credentials it states "The fantasy service is not available. Please try again later." This message has been appearing for two weeks. i have uninstalled the app, moved
it from external storage to internal, cleared local saved and xbox 360 storage, factory default, cleared cache and still not able to access the fantasy football after entering my info and continue to get the same message. i have logged into fantasy football
before on this same console. My login info is not the same as my internet provider which is a question that i noticed in other posts.

NFL App-no NFL Fantasy recognition?

Help! NFL fantasy app doesn't recognize my league..I'm logged to XBO using the exact user name (mystro544) as I am on the NFL.Com Fantasy site? Also do not have any options for Yahoo or CBS in the Settings/NFL services? This is a key app for XBO!

Microsoft or the NFL have done an awful job launching this service.... I'm surprised they are even advertising it.

No, I just posted this one like at 12am. It has to be something with the update, I think there is like a registry type of problem. I have been looking everywhere online but no mention of this before today. It's getting frustrating.

 

noticed that when i also try to register foe NFL red zone i get an error message with that too. it seems like anything with a logins has problems connecting.

 

I'm having the same problem with no response from Xbox Support. NFL Fantasy support told me to contact Xbox/Microsoft.

Unfortunately based off of the information provided and seeing what you have tried so far to fix the issue, I recommend you reach out to
NFL Support to see what they might suggest.

One thing I suggest trying is bringing your Xbox One console to a friend or family members house to see if trying on a different network gives different results.

Sorry to hear, Womparific. Have you tried signing into the apps on a different Xbox Live account? This steps will try to narrow down if this is an account related issue.

If you don't have any other Xbox Live profiles signed into your Xbox One console, please go ahead and
Create a new Microsoft Account and sign that account into your Xbox One console. Keep in mind that creating this account is just for testing purposes, and I don't expect/want you to feel you need to keep
using it.

Once that new account is signed in, go to the NFL App and try signing into your accounts there and let us know if the results change!

 

I created another account, same result. Doesn't allow the fantasy football league. I used a friend's account on the nfl app to ensure it wasn't my credentials. It did not allow me to sign in, I was able to sign in my account on their xbox. This is simply
a problem with the Xbox.

 

Happened to me too. Same exact situation. Two friends of mine as well.

 

It does have to do with the update. I installed it on my one. Went for the achievements. Got a few. Next day I setup a nfl.com account, a fantasy team, then went back to the app. It updated itself, now I can't connect it to nfl.com, no other achievements
are unlocking, fantasy won't connect, all after the app updated itself.

Using NFL.com

The error message is "THE FANTASY SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

Yes, this happens for red zone too, after I register it indicates that the service too is not available and leaves the status as inactive.
