NFL App won’t open

For the last couple months my NFL app hasn’t worked on my XBOX. Whenever I open it I get a message that says “thank you to all our dedicated fans for their support during the 2017 season. We invite you to check back for updates to the NFL app this summer
as we head toward the 2018 season!”

Well the 2018 preseason starts tomorrow and the app still won’t load and I use the app to watch my team because I use the app to log in to Sunday ticket.

I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it a couple times. Any one else have his issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Taking a look at
DIRECTV's NFL Sunday Ticket FAQ, it looks like you'll need to download the latest/current NFL app. Once you have the app installed:

• Open the app
• Press "Y" to open up the Settings menu.
• Scroll down to "NFL Services"
• Select "DIRECTV NFL Sunday Ticket"
• Input your email/password

Give that a shot and let us know if you experience further issues.

 

Store app won’t open....?

Hey everyone, so my store app won’t open. It just gives me this error code; 0x80070bfa

Also, when I try putting it in the Xbox support error search section it doesn’t say it’s a valid error code. What is going on?!?!?!?!

 

Try deleting it and then reset your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it's completely off. Turn it back on and then reinstall the NFL app.

If you are Living in europe Please install "NFL Game Pass Europe". If you live in the US just try to delete and re-install the app.
