NFL App won't load

Anyone have any indication of this problem will be fixed by week one? I called again last night. They finally admitted there is a problem. When I asked if they had any idea when it would be fixed they put me on hold and eventually hung up on me: modus operandim

We have received reports that this issue has been resolved. When you get a chance, please try the following troubleshooting steps again:

• From the Home screen, navigate to My Games & Apps.
• Under the Apps tab select the NFL app and press the Menu button.
• Select Manage App and then select Uninstall.
• After the NFL app has uninstalled, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console has powered off, wait a few minutes.
• Power on your console and navigate back to My Games & Apps.
• Under the Apps tab, select the NFL app.
• Press the Menu button and select Install.
• Once the NFL app has installed, try launching the app.

Give the steps above a try and let us know the results. Thanks again for your patience while the proper teams were working on getting this issue sorted!

HOLY CRAP THEY ACTUALLY FIXED IT!!!! I'm up and running too.

Maybe next they'll apologize for calling us liars for two weeks and repeatedly hanging up when we made service calls. And right after that I'll grow wings and fly to Mars.

Mister Quimby, i have tried all the steps that have been mentioned above. uninstalled app, restarted, moved app to internal in case it was a problem with my harddrive, cleared local saved games, cleared local xbox 360 storage (it was worth a shot since i
was on the xbox one), factory default, cleared cache and still nothing. yes, this is the second tear i would be signing into this app on this same console and no it is not the same as my internet provider.

 

Got to try out the new nfl app today. Loaded right up. Didn't need to take any other steps other than to launch it. Thanks for getting this fixed.
