NFL App won't load

Because they don't care. 9 users mean nothing to them. The opening game is on NBC so we'll be the only ones complaining until 9/13 when 30 other teams play. I predict something stinky will hit the fan that day.

Calm down, Stitch. It's obviously more than 9 users, and they've clearly noted that there's a problem (as seen above). I'm as upset about it as you are, but there's no need to be a pessimist. More than a select few people are having this problem, but all
of them may not post on a forum to report about it.

 

I found a good workaround. 1. Blow up my Xbox. 2. Stop caring about a league that minimizes the importance of concussions and domestic violence. 3. Dedicate my time to something else.

I just wish I wasn't a weak, weak man and maybe I could actually follow through with that.

 

Keyzz I've been at this for eight days. Hours on the phone and in chat sessions. I've been hung up on every time. Promised call backs that never came. I can be as pessimistic as I want. All I owe anyone is to be polite in my outrage. Scoops is right though,
we're getting some traction at last. The status page finally recognizes there's an error after at least a dozen customer service reps and supervisors told me flat out it was my problem not theirs.

 

My NFL app loads, however it does not show Yahoo fantasy or CBS Fantasy, everything else works fine. Any suggestions? Wondering if perhaps, Yahoo and CBS fantasy leagues are only available within U.S.

By the way I am in American Samoa.

Any idea if it'll be fixed before the start of the NFL season?

 

Has anyone had any success getting the app running? I have t seen any updates for anyone or Xbox so it may be a pretty dumb question?

Xbox will this problem be fixed for the start of the season? This is getting a little bit ridiculous!

 

It definitely seems like the kind of thing only an update can fix, so hopefully they're working on it. Ugh. It is frustrating, but I'm sure they're doing their best. I hope they're doing their best.

 

Still not working. Been almost two weeks. I read in another forum an update is coming 9/10 but that could just be a rumor. Or an outright lie.

 

I would like to know the percentage of people for whom it works fine vs. for whom it won't load.

 

Has anyone tried to take their Xbox one to another residence and try to download and run the app off a different network using a different router? Or a different Internet service provider? Thank you!

 

The nfl app loads fine for me however only the nfl.com fantasy option is available. Also several sections of the app such as next gen stats and next gen replay just say coming soon. Im in the US and use Comcast as my isp.
