NFL App will not load

Any time that I try to load the NFL app on Xbox One, I get "An error has occurred. There was a problem initializing the application." I have read other forums about this exact issue and the steps that have been taken to resolve it. I have had no luck whatsoever.
This issue just began today. The app has worked fine for weeks. I was using it earlier today. I was signed into an NFL Sunday Ticket account. I have included the troubleshooting steps that I've taken below. 1. Deleted and reinstalled app. 2. Hard reset of
the console 3. Resetting my wireless network 4. Moving the app to a different storage device. 5. Deleting the app, hard resetting the console, then reinstalling the app. 6. Shutting the console down, resetting my wireless network, then starting the console
up Please help me get this resolved. Thank you in advance.

NFL Redzone not working

I logged into my cable account and I can access the NFL app, but NFL Redzone will not load. What gives? I already properly activated the app and it says my redzone account is active. Please help.

 

Xbox One NFL App

I try to get onto the NFL App to re-watch some of the 2017-18 NFL Season with my Gamepass subscription. And the NFL App won't load, it says thanks for 2017, we'll be back in 2018. When will this app be available again?
