NFL App: Where is Game Pass?

Hey,

Last season I was an avid user of the NFL, primarily because of the integration of the NFL's Game Pass service. I've just booted up there new version of the app and I cannot find how you access Game Pass. Is it still there or had that functionality been
removed?

Wierd thing is that there's a huge advert for it in the channel section.

Hopefully it doesn't make a difference but I'm in the UK and not US.

Agreed. This was one of the reasons I upgraded. Where is my nfl app? Why is there no nfl app? When will there be an nfl app? And so on and so forth.

 

AWESOME NFL app update on Xbox One coming

Where is the Yahoo support? New app today is just CBS and NFL, with ESPN being in its own app.

 

I looked for it today and didn't see it.

 

+1 As far as I’m concerned, this is a serious issue. www.nfl.com/gamepass presently displays a feature banner saying “NOW AVAILABLE ON XBOX ONE AND XBOX 360” which is a flat out lie. I have an Xbox One. I have paid for GamePass due to the promise of watching
it on my TV via Xbox. The NFL app does not support or mention Game Pass at all.

It’s absolutely false advertising and I’m not happy. Watching sports on your phone is rubbish – I want the service I was promised (and is still being promised) by nfl.com

With all of the bluster and back-slapping over the NFL/Microsoft partnership, I'm completely mystified as to why this hasn't been sorted out by now. It's a huge let down.

 

It's unforgiveable not to have this ready for week 1. IT WAS ALREADY THERE! take your next gen play stuff and shove it, I want gamepass its core.

 

I too confirm that the current NFL xbox 360 app doesn't have game pass anymore. Last season it was great watching this on xbox but now it doesn't seem to be possible. This really confused me since Game Pass is being advertised as "Now Available on Xbox
One and Xbox 360" PLEASE FIX THIS!

 

So I just chatted with an NFL representative and this is what he said:

Jordan: The Xbox 360 app will not be available to stream games until the second week of the regular season.

Me: so there will be an update I assume of the app?

Jordan: Yes that is correct

Me: ok, that should be made more clear on the game pass purchase page. Thank you for your answer.

So it looks like we have to wait just a bit longer.

With regards to the Xbox One app, I've been asking around and it turns out that the Game Pass option is hidden unless you sign in to the service. Within the NFL App, press the menu button, press the Y button, then within the options there's a set where you
can sign into Game Pass.

Once you're signed in you'll see the Game Pass option under each game set of highlights individually.

So, solutions found.

 

It is the second week, has anyone gotten game pass working for the Xbox 360 yet?
