NFL App - Sorry, this video isn't available right now. Please try again later.

I have the NFL network through DirecTV.

I have followed all the instructions to link my account, but am met with the message "Sorry, this video isn't available right now. Please try again later."

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, completed unplugged my xbox and restarted it, nothing will get rid of this message.

I just want to watch the NFL Network on my Xbox One.

Any help would be appreciated, as I was completely ignored last week when I posted this issue.

XBox One NFL App - NFL Network not working

It`s the same on my side, everything is OK into the NFL App, only NFL-Network say`s “Sorry, this video isn’t available right now. Please try again later.”

 

NFL App - NFL Network not working

I have signed out and signed back in app to confirm App is linked with my Cox cable account. When I go to NFL Network in app it says sorry this video isn't available right now. Pleas try again later. This is suppose to connect to the NFL network live.
I can go to the same app on my android tab and it works just fine. Any ideas?

 

I've had this problem all season. My Xbox is my only to watch the NFL network so I desperately need it.

I went to such an extreme that I deleted my entire Xbox and restored it to factory settings. It still didn't work.

Hundreds of people are having this same issue and there is no help offered by anyone.

 

I came here with the same problem. Got a one for Christmas and nfl was one of the things I was most excited about. Everything I try, I keep getting the same video not available error.

 

I can't even get into the setting at all... It said settings on the bottom of the screen but you can't select it and its not in the NFL guide how the heck do you open the dang settings!!

 

I also have had this problem all football season
