NFL App on Xbox One doesn't list Brighthouse Cable

I've been asking a similar question since this App first launched. Microsoft says to contact the NFL, the NFL says to contact my cable provider (Brighthouse) and my cable provider (who has provided the NFL Network soon after it's inception) says it's up
to the App developer and Microsoft. I live in a fairly large market areas (Tampa), yet a small market cable provider in Phenix City, AL is listed.

I've emailed weblinks to both the NFL and MS showing my cable provider includes the NFL Network, but have only heard the sound of crickets.

It isn't working because Comcast is not listed as a provider for the NFL on the Xbox One. It doesn't matter who you get internet through, it matters who your TV provider is. Right now there is no Comcast, DirecTV, Time-Warner listed as providers in the App
on Xbox One and apparently no answers as to when or if this will resolved. Support is less than useful, repeatedly telling people to contact the NFL and cable provider to resolve this when the issue is licensing and fees between the providers and MS. If it
wasn't the NFL app itself would only be available to those who can actually use it.

There was an update today to the NFL app. 126 Mb download.

SpiiT RhymeS I don't think that is correct. If you are one of the 215 providers listed you can watch the NFL and Redzone channels through the NFL app once you sign in. Powerhouse cable systems such as Arvig, Chippewa Valley Cable, BYU Optinet and Mid Hudson
Cable all have access, just no Comcast or Time-Warner. Why would all the providers be listed if no one can but DirecTV subscribers can watch?

This what that page Mister Fizzle linked to says * You must receive your television service through one of the providers listed above. If your TV provider is not listed, NFL Network and/or NFL RedZone is not offered as part of your TV subscription. Contact
your TV provider and ask for NFL Network & NFL RedZone online. We are working to add new TV providers, so check back online with us soon to see if we've added yours to our list.

The above simply isn't true as the largest cable provider (Comcast) in the Puget Sound area which is not listed in the app DOES have NFL network and NFL Redzone available to subscribers and they have since the networks started. There are no issues, the app
simply doesn't work and I think it is ridiculous that this was released this way in the first place. Someone is to blame for this not being available from Comcast and DTV on Day One and the users who subscribe ALREADY are not at fault here.

Actually you probablywon't see directv in that list, the NFL redzone in the NFL app is the NFL operated version that they sell to cable networks outside of the Directv Sunday Ticket package. With DTV there is no stand alone redzone channel so they assume
you'll be watching it from home or via the NFL Sunday Ticket DTV app.
