NFL app not working!

Everytime I go to play NFL network Live, it says "sorry, this video is not available right now." all my log ins are fine, the app just doesn't play anything.

This guy gave me an idea and it seemed to work.

"Colin2410, I'm also having the same problem but I think I know what the solution is. I think you have to go to NFL.com and click on the 3 dots that appear in the menu bar across the top. This will drop down additional
menu items, one of which will say "Ways To Watch". Click on that then select "NFL Network". This will take you to a list of supported providers. Click on the provider to log in. Unfortunately, my TV provider is not supported so I could not log myself in
to test this. But I suspect that if you re-launch the app and you're logged in with your NFL.com account then the NFL Network will stream on the app. Hope this works for you."

This worked for me. I made sure that my app was up to date. Then under settings I had to use the activation code for both my gamepass account and also the provider one to get access to nfl network, which happened to be directv. Once I did this and went back
to view the full game, it worked. I just wish I could see the condensed version on the xbox sooner. Sometimes I can't be up that late on a Sunday night.

 

I am having issues signing into the app itself due to Comcast/Xfinity are not. Listed as providers so I cannot. Watch my team play and that's frustrating to say the least

 

I have the same issue as traktroy360. I have contacted support with nfl network and they told me they have done everything on their end and Microsoft/Xbox need to fix the app. so an update from Microsoft to fix this issue would be nice!

 

Thad, you should post the email from the NFL Network. Moderators tend to jump on here and tell us that its not a Microsoft problem. They usually lockout the thread and ask us to contact the NFL Network. Both parties should be more concerned about this
problem.

 

For me, it'll play about a minute's worth of video then the video freezes and the wheel of buffering comes up. Eventually the app restarts itself (as in it briefly exits to home and the app starts back up).

 

This keeps happening for me, as well. Have emailed NFL support twice now without a responce both times.

 

create a nfl.com account

go to the 'nfl game pass' section of the app settings

sign into your new nfl.com account

this fixed it for me immediately

 

Mine keeps having this issue dispite logging into my account, signed up for game pass and I can't watch a game without the app crashing or saying video isn't available at this time
