    NFL App - NFL Network Won't Play


    I have uninstalled the NFL app, held the power button down and cleared the cache on my Xbox One. Turned it back on, reinstalled NFL App and link it with my cable account. It shows that NFL Network is activated. When I click on it to watch it I get a black
    screen stating, "Sorry, this video isn't available right now. Please try again later." This is so frustrating it works just fine on my PC, Xbox 360 and Tablet. Just not on my Xbox One. I can watch the other videos such as NFL Now.

    In researching I've found that dozens of other users have had the same issue with no resolve. Someone help please!

    NFL App - NFL network "sorry this video is unavailable right now"

    Every time I try to watch the live nfl network stream in the NFL app I get this error. They nfl now videos will play. I have tried signing back in, restarting network, and re-installing the app and still the same error. Curious if anyone knows a fix

    NFL app not activating Redzone even when I am subscribed to it.

    I downloaded the nfl app and selected my provider. I am subbed to both nfl network and nfl redzone from my cable provider (optimum) and after I link my provider, it says NFL NETWORK: ACTIVE, NFL REDZONE: INACTIVE.

    I would say that this was an issue with the app itself. Not your xbox. NFL App - NFL Network Won't Play :)

    Thousands of us are having this problem and it won't go away. They offer us no support to help. I even bought a new Xbox One and I still have the "Sorry, this video isn't available right now. Please try again later"

    Anyone have any thought? I removed the app again and power cycled and when I installed it didn't ask for my cable providers information. That says it's holding on to some residual data somewhere that needs to be cleared.

    This does not work and I doubt it is working for you either. You would not immediately hear NFL Network start as you say. What you might have heard was NFL Now which is very different. NFL Now is on the main screen of the app and immediately plays when
    the app is launched. NFL Now is a series of current video clips of sports reporters about 3 minutes each. Look at the menus at the bottom of the screen when you launch the app. The NFL Network is the live broadcast the NFL Network channel the same as what
    is currently being broadcasted on your cable TV. The NFL Network is on page two after selecting Channel Guide from the bottom menu of the main screen/page one. NFL Network plays on my Xbox 360, but not on my Xbox One.

    the NFL app is a stand alone app run by the NFL and the NFL network.... Sunday Tickets contract with Direct TV ends after this season and will not be picked up.... ( as far as I hear ) so it is a fresh start for MS/XB1 & the NFL

    from what I gather

    the NFL app will have the NFL Network channel... including the RED-ZONE channel and our Fantasy leagues from NFL.com will be shown live either by snap or a rolling marque banner on the bottom..

    If you have NFL Network in your cable package, you can watch the actual NFL Network via the app if your provider is an affiliate.
