NFL App - NFL Network not working

I have signed out and signed back in app to confirm App is linked with my Cox cable account. When I go to NFL Network in app it says sorry this video isn't available right now. Pleas try again later. This is suppose to connect to the NFL network live.
I can go to the same app on my android tab and it works just fine. Any ideas?

XBox One NFL App - NFL Network not working

NFL Network not working on my
XBox One console using the
NFL App. Everything else on the app works fine.

I have properly signed in to NFL Services in settings/Account Management from within the app and
confirmed my cable provider.

NFL Network shows ACTIVE in account management after confirming my cable provider.

Then when selecting NFL Network in the
NFL Channel Guide a message appears that says
“Sorry, this video isn’t available right now. Please try again later.”

This message has appeared for approximately the last two weeks while trying multiple times to view NFL Network and is not temporary.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app, followed by signing in to services and confirming my cable provider, multiple times.

I have never been able to view NFL Network using the NFL app on my Xbox One console, but it is working on my XBox 360 console using its NFL app.

This issue is affecting other users as well. I found a web link where another customer had the same problem.
Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

Any assistance to help fix this issue would be appreciated.

This does not work and I doubt it is working for you either. You would not immediately hear NFL Network start as you say. What you might have heard was NFL Now which is very different. NFL Now is on the main screen of the app and immediately plays when
the app is launched. NFL Now is a series of current video clips of sports reporters about 3 minutes each. Look at the menus at the bottom of the screen when you launch the app. The NFL Network is the live broadcast the NFL Network channel the same as what
is currently being broadcasted on your cable TV. The NFL Network is on page two after selecting Channel Guide from the bottom menu of the main screen/page one. NFL Network plays on my Xbox 360, but not on my Xbox One.

 

I am having the same issue, i have uninstalled, reinstalled, refreshed the cache. nothing helps, it does seem to remember some data as it remembers my preferred team.

 

I figured it out!

ok so i've tried a lot of things. including erasing my profile, deleting local saved game data, clearing the cache, and as far as i know none of that did anything.

the most recent and successful attempt. I logged out of everything within the app, all of the services. i deleted the app. i fully powered down the xbox, and powered it back on, re installed the app, and signing in to nfl network. and then on my computer
in a private or incognito browser page. that is a page with no cookies or saved history. and using this page to activate the code. the reason for the private or incognito page is so that it won't have pre loaded your provider log in, and makes you type in
the user and password for the provider. once i did this. i hit confirm on xbox one. it then gave me an error saying it could not authenticate me. but at the same time i heard nfl network start playing so the error, isnt real. it starts to work

Same issue as everybody else. Signed in with directv but message stating "sorry this video isn't available right now. Please try again later " never works please help

 

Samething with DirectTV I can get Sunday Ticket but NFL network says Video not avil but says active ...
