Nfl App Freezing

It's an improvement from last week when NFL Network wouldn't load at all, but now NFL Network works for a minute or two, then the whole app freezes. Anyone have a fix or experiencing similar problems? Tried restarting, reinstalling app, logging out/in. No
luck. I just want to watch the game tonight

NFL app keeps freezing. HELP!

I was basically not able to watch any game without freezing after some minutes. By chance, I recognized that somehow the xbox app on my smartphone (connected for remote control) was disturbing the NFL app, even in background mode. After removal from my phone,
everything runs smoothly with high quality.

 

NFL SUNDAY TICKET ISSUE

Has your NFL app updated? run the NFL app > press home button to have NFL app in large window > Menu button> Manage App or App details, see if it there is an update option

Sorry for the issues you are having with the NFL app. I appreciate you have done some trouble shooting already but here is something I've tried before that has gotten unstable apps to work in the past.

First make sure the app is closed by navigating to the NFL app pressing menu and selecting quit if that option appears.

Next from the xbox dashboard hold the left and right triggers down and press y, this will refresh the dashboard.

Finally power down your xbox and remove the power cable for 30 second to force the device to do a full reset.

I hope this combination of steps helps.

 

Nothing is fixing this app. Worked fined in July, and just started infinitely loading in August. This is ridiculous, I have the game pass and nothing to stream it on. I've tried all possible trouble shooting.

 

Same here.

After a full console reboot it works for about one hour. After that, the app freezes after a few minutes. Reinstalling the app didn't help either. Last season it worked perfectly.

I hope this get fixed soon.
