NFL App bug

I reported this to the NFL at their email address for their app but it hasn't been fixed yet.

I subscribe to NFL Now Plus. When using the NFL App on Xbox One the amount of viewable videos in the list cuts off. For example, in the Super Bowl Highlights area, it stops at Super Bowl 16 with no way to scroll or change pages for any more videos. However
when using the NFL App for my phone or online, it goes up to the current Super Bowl. This same bug is seen in other areas of the Xbox One NFL app: NFL Films Presents, The Greatest Games, etc. The amount of videos you can watch is simply far less/cut off compared
to what's really available.

Please fix this bug of the NFL App to make all the videos available on the phone app and online website available.

NFL Fantasy football

I have NFL app snapped, watching games. None of the scores/times update on the snap/app. Still showing Q1 15:00 in all games, when most are well into the game. This a bug? How to fix??

Also fix the problem where NFL Films videos shot in 4:3 are shown in 16:9 stretched fake. It's so annoying! This problem seems to be with the NFL because the same thing happens on the phone app and website.

 

I reported the same issue about a month ago and got a generic reply back that is a known problem and that NFL support is working with the Xbox team to solve it .. kept looking for an app update ever since .. and seems that the one released recently still
did no fix the problem

 

They just released an update that allows Yahoo Fantasy and NFL Game Rewind, but didn't fix this bug. Great job, NFL + Microsoft...................

 

I submitted a complaint to the NFL NOW support again and got the same generic response as last time, blaming the live services:

"We apologize for the inconvenience. This is a known issue on the Xbox platform and we are working closely with the Microsoft Xbox team to get this bug addressed. We hope that you enjoy access to this content on your other NFL Now devices and we apologize
again for this unfortunate content discrepancy."

Seems to be a really tough cookie to implement some basic pagination

 

A new update to the app came out, and this BUG still exists. You can only access 16 videos in each of the sections. For example, the Super Bowl highlights only go up to Super Bowl 16. I've contacted NFL Now, posted messages on here, contacted Major Nelson,
and nothing changes. Will somebody from Xbox comment on this bug, ackowledge it's a bug, and fix it?

 

Just checked on my Windows Phone NFL app. There are 102 videos in the Greatest Games section, but only 16 can be accessed through the Xbox One NFL app. Why can't someone fix the Xbox One app so paying members can watch the videos they pay for?

 

This bug is also present in the NFL App on Xbox 360.

I doubt anyone will ever fix it.
